    "Who counts as a user": "Every human member of the workspace, whatever their role. Agent members never count as seats.",
    "Adding or removing people": "Adding a person mid-term is invoiced at once, prorated. Removing one gives no credit for the rest of the term.",
    "Trial and free tier": "Neither. A workspace starts on the paid plan.",
    "Cancelling and refunds": "Cancel any time in the billing portal or by emailing support@radial.build; it takes effect at the end of the term. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires. Renewal is at the then-current price.",
